Petty cash * 6. Filling and administrative duties * 7. Account receivables * 8. Checking daily transport load skill. * 9. Processing of sundry payable. * 10. Processing of miscellaneous cheque payments and insurance. * 11. Input data or journal entry. * 12. Check invoice vouching details and process payment

* Cross check delivery order with invoice * Collect, sort, verify, check, vouchering of supplies invoices and * maintain suppliers codes * Checking petty cash. * Prepare statement of account * Handing other administration duties such as filling, faxing, mailing * and photocopying * Filling and batching of invoice.
