Responsible for all aspects of a multi-brand, multi-marketplace business selling on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.

Developed and spearheaded the top-to-bottom strategic management process for Circuit City Direct (circuitcity.com and related businesses). This included refining the vision, objectives, and strategies for the division, driving alignment across the division via effective communication and balanced scorecards, implementing a comprehensive project portfolio management process, and driving day-to-day execution rhythms. Oversaw the prioritization/allocation of $12M in annual IT investment. Directly led two senior managers (project management office and fraud/payment operations) and three business development managers, with a combined staff of 30 associates. Launched the first version of Circuit City’s mobile commerce site, including all facets of design, marketing, and operations.

Led all facets of direct-to-consumer fulfillment, online fraud prevention, and multichannel liquidation. Oversaw daily operations for a fulfillment network of six internal distribution centers and 75+ dropship distributors. Led three managers, with a combined staff of ~150, in facilities across six states. Launched a new inventory liquidation business under the brand name Trading Circuit, which quickly became one of the top 25 sellers on eBay with ~$40M in annual revenues. Reengineered the direct-to-consumer fulfillment process, achieving a first-year, 3x improvement in capacity and 20% reduction in cost per unit shipped by bringing a third-party fulfillment provider on board, and integrating a new inventory liquidation business into the distribution center.

Project Management Office: lead a team of 5 (1 manager, 4 PMPs) as they lead cross-functional projects across all facets of our inbound/outbound contact center. Meet with sr mgrs and executives to set contact center strategy and prioritize projects against this strategy. Analytics/Reporting: lead a team of 7 that provide reporting and analytics support for the inbound and outbound contact center operations (sales and service). Assist business managers in identifying trends, developing news strategies, and testing new programs. Forecasting: lead a 2 person team responsible for workforce forecasting, including interval level demand forecasts by business/site, optimal schedule patterns, intermediate staffing demands, and long-term capacity demands. Systems: lead a 7 person team (1 manager, 4 outbound dialer analysts, & 2 systems administrators) responsible for managing the outbound dialer program and provide 1st level technical support for all on-site hardware/software.
