* Delivered stellar production results in horizontal well campaign in 2014 and added $5MM of value through fine precision geo-steering of the wells. * Replaced reserves volumes by 140% for the Wilmington Oil Field through geological evaluations, well planning and execution of $150MM oil field development program.

Added 16 technically evaluated shale oil and gas plays to the company’s exploration inventoryfor 4 continents (North America, South America, Australia and Europe) and 9 countries (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay, Australia, Lithuania, Poland, Scotland and Spain). Tracked E&P competitor activity for six continents through >10 information sources. Produced 12(monthly) detailed reports for Management based on geographic location and activity type.

Team Leader- Assisted GM Exploration in the ensuring team of 8 geoscientists and 2 engineers delivers 2011/2012 $50MM E&A drilling and seismic acquisition program. Proposed 20 exploration core holes and producer wells. Lead geologist in well planning, daily drilling operations and completion. Lead geologist in hydraulic fracture stimulation program. Coordinated asset functional reviews with the corporate Subsurface Assurance Team to gain corporate approval on technical evaluations. Spearheaded a collaborative effort with various departments to high-grade most prospective areas and requested $110 million in 2011 budget submission. Forecasted and tracked maturation of the Prospective Resource Inventory to Reserves volumes. Presented results quarterly to management and the Corporate Reserves Group. Show less

* One of a three-member team which generated oil prospects and volumetric calculations using 3D seismic. * Performed project look back of 2006-2008 drilling campaign and recommended go forward plans to management based on lessons learned. Created field wide log signature maps and diagrams which demonstrate the depositional model. * Evaluated, risked and proposed 6 in-fill/step out oil opportunities which were added to the 2009 drilling schedule. * Managed geological drilling and completion operations for a $250MM, six rig in-fill development program drilling 240 + gas wells over three years. * Pioneered $3.7 million hydraulic fracture stimulation studies and development program. Executed 20+ successful fracs. * Produced in geologic maps, reservoir characterization, field development plans, and reserves estimates. * Responsible for acquisition and analysis of new core data to aid well selection and design for the hydraulic fracturing program. * Crucial player in reserves estimates and preparing presentations for a $230 MM /12.5MM share I.P.O. (VQ: NYSE) * Supported project leaders in developing the Monterey FM fractured shale reservoir – Offshore Santa Barbara channel through a Department of Energy funded grant.
