• Managed up to 60+ circuits at a time designing (Network Architect) fiber routes end to end, ordering equipment. Providing support to service delivery personnel, internal product groups, and customers for the ordered circuits. Assign IP/Ethernet router ports, and determining equipment required (Switches and routers, SFP types). • Worked closely with the install team to determine VLAN, TCP/IP, and network capacities for customer IP/ELAN circuits. • Day to day responsibilities touch on many different platforms including but not limited to TCP/IP, LAN/WAN configurations, Active Directory, VMWare, Load Balancers and MPLS.• Manage and lead regional team to design fiber routes for customer Ethernet and IP circuits.• Lead designer for building, maintaining and supporting data in Metasolv database for all Ethernet, IP, IP-VPN, ELAN, ETHERNET circuits across the country.• As lead designer, provided training and support on Metasolv database to other engineers in the product group.• As lead designer, maintained data integrity for Metasolv circuit data across the country.
