Autumn 2020: Product Design service for European solution in medical education domain. Planning and Coordinating the work on product design, managing the team working on a design, ensuring all required artefacts have been produced, estimating project cost and duration for the client, preparing the presentations and communication with clients.

An e-government solution for one of European countries.-Managing a team/teams (up to 15 persons total), including a distributed team (way before Covid times), making sure everyone works efficiently- Setting up processes for efficient monitoring and support of Live systems, many of which were 24/7-Scoping and estimating the changes, planning the delivery, splitting into stages- Monitoring and controlling (icl budget use, financial KPIs etc)-Communicating with 3rd paries during integrations with 3rd party information systems-Planning the user acceptance testing, running user training, assisting during acceptance and go-live

Worked on a number of e-government projects for European countries.• Collected the requirements for the project business, analysed them, and guided the development team in optimizing their work. • Communicated with the customer to collect the data and prepare hardware and software requirements specifications. • Performed on-site visits to analyse business requirements by means of interviewing users. • Documented the projects by preparing functional specification documents and user interface guides for the reference of the end users. • Performed defect tracking and quality assurance testing using such types of testing as follows: manual smoke, functional, regression, and GUI. • Conducted the on-site user training to increase the overall system usage and productivity. • Supporting users during User Acceptance Testing. • Performed defect tracking and authored test reports. • Wrote user guides for different modules.
