Day to Day Operation of Allied Health Private Postsecondary Career College to include Admissions, Financial Aid, Instruction and Compliance

My position as consultant was to move the small school to the next level. I was able to procure affiliation agreements and partnerships with health care agencies such as UPMC to internship placement. I was able to assist with new program applications and grow the student body by more than 300%. I helped to institute new policies and procedures that allowed for the growth of the school, while staying in compliance with the state and accrediting body.

I was the day to day supervisor of the campus. My duties included oversight of admissions, financial aid, career services and academic affairs. I was responsible for reporting to governmental agencies, and assuring quality of the educational programs. My school received a School of Excellence award, the highest award given by the accrediting association during the reaccreditation process.
