*  Manage the Over Short and Damage Databases (I3PL/ONYX) *  Process all O S & D including temperature issues and accidents that may occur *  Responsible in Investigating claims to find the party (i.e. Customer, Warehouse, or Carrier) at fault and whom will be responsible for payment of any charges that incurred *  Responsible for make timely, cost effective decisions in regard to dumping, donating, redelivering or returning customers product based on the cost and terms outlined by the customer *  Responsible for entering O S&D transportation charges on the load after disposition is given to pay the carrier *  Responsible for being a liaison between the carriers and the customer and the customer and the warehouse to resolve any issues. *  Responsible in communicating any ideas to management that may improve the OS & D process
