Responsible for design & development of reliable and high performance generic Decode Engine for real time network analyzer Xtreme, in a network environment with a traffic speed up to 2Gbps. Designed and implemented Decode Engine for Xtreme. Based on legacy PAL (Protocol Analysis Language), the generic decoder was able to support a vast range of IMS/LTE protocols with a decoding speed of up to 850Mbps. Responsible for investigation and solution proposal for text based decoder (e,g. SIP). Completed the prototype, performance benchmark and effort estimation based on mainstream BNF parser solutions, which contributed to the final engineering decision and delivery of SIP decoder for Xtreme.

Framework development for mobile platform, Android/Linux application development. As owner of Wimax module for Android tablet products, managed chip vendor on driver integration. Designed & Implemented Android Wimax framework from bottom to top. Responsible for major feature development of videophone product Inperson. Investigated & proposed H323 video conference solution, including protocol stack and software architect. Successfully developed and delivered the final product. Introduced agile practices into the project. Designed and implemented Android app ZiiSkype, which was released with Android tablet Ziio (Honeycomb) as preinstalled application.
