Agency M is LMU M-School's student-run agency that works to build a strong reputation for the M-School program amongst prospective LMU students, the LMU community, and industry leaders. We are solely responsible for creating, maintaining, and growing the M-School social media accounts. Our goal is to not only build awareness of the program, but to create value for our followers that include students and industry leaders. As Co-Director, I worked with my partner to help manage a team of M-School students that have volunteered their time to take on a position in the agency. We worked to build out social media campaigns, created posting schedules, optimized posting times, as well as making sure we wer only posting the best and most valuable content to our social platforms. We worked closely with our M-School directors to discuss upcoming events, campaigns, as well as gather feedback on our follower performance. As the Planning Intern, I chose articles and wrote copy for our agency's weekly newsletter. I stayed up to date on all trends in technology, social media, advertising, business, sports, and more. I worked closely with the Junior Planner and the Chief Strategy Officer to research and identify key trends surrounding the present state of women in advertising. I contributed to day-to-day strategic research on Zambezi clients and potential clients.

* As the Festival Marketing Intern, I assisted the Festival Marketing Manager and the Head of Marketing with: * Managing radio, online, and outdoor promotions for Goldenvoice festivals * Researching partners and sponsors for Stagecoach Music Festival * Attending bi-weekly festival team meetings * Managing and overseeing creative asset creation * Researching marketing promotion ideas * On top of assisting the Festival Marketing Manager, I also created and implemented a new marketing initiative for the upcoming Stagecoach festival to encourage increased engagement amongst the 18-24 year old demographic.

* Created and implemented social strategy and creative direction for all Goldenvoice * Bay Area venue and brand social accounts. * Managed 13 different Goldenvoice Bay Area venue and brand social accounts * spanning Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. * Coordinated with Marketing Managers to develop creative promotional strategies, * social campaigns, and additional marketing opportunities to market Goldenvoice Bay * Area shows and venues * Designed social creative content, newsletter graphics, and print ads * Maintained relationships with current promotion partners as well as spearheaded * outreach to new partners. * Managed all Bay Area college campus relations for promotion and marketing efforts.

AGENC is an award-winning experiential agency that shape ideas, change culture & amplify causes. As the Marketing Coordinator, I worked to create integrated experiential & digital campaign strategies for new business & current clients. I worked closely with our Creative & Production departments to build out our ideas, crafted all pitch materials and presented to clients. In addition to new business, I also managed all AGENC social media presence, hired and managed on-site photography, crafted AGENC newsletters, managed the submission of Industry Awards Competitions and led the AGENC Marketing Internship Program. As the Interactive Marketing Intern for AEG Live, I have had the opportunity to explore the different aspects of digital marketing as it pertains to live events, tours, and festivals. From social media to email marketing to graphic design, I have expanded my experience in many different marketing capabilities. Some of the specific tasks and projects I've taken on are QA email newsletters, building performance reports on email newsletter campaigns for our venues and clients, researching and pitching social media campaign ideas for artists and tours, creating banner ads via Photoshop, building targeted audience lists for upcoming tour campaigns, pitching newsletter design ideas to the design team, and finally designing and creating the Interactive Marketing Department's first Internship Survival Guide via Photoshop and InDesign.

* Managed the process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for all three * Rapt Studio locations (San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles). * Managed 8 Rapt Studio Executives’ Sales and RFP leads across multiple time zones. * Tracked all business development operations including: leads, proposals, potential * revenue, projects won, and projects lost. * Designed all capabilities presentations and qualification packets. * Managed all Rapt Studio’s social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter).
