Directly responsible for managing the daily operations of a 100-employee company, recruiting staff for all positions, administering payroll/benefits, and working with brokers to negotiate renewal contracts. Consulted the CEO, COO, and CFO on employee development/relations, budgeting, and growth plans. Developed and implemented policies/procedures to include an Employee Manual, Travel & Entertainment Policy, and Flexible Time Off (as well as accounting procedures).
