* Lead the Business Development activities for the German-speaking markets and lead the Supply Chain Impact program. * Key projects: * Support the development of a Detox strategy for a discounter and draft the Detox Progress Report. * Program lead for a multi-stakeholder develoPPP project aiming to qualify local trainers and work towards the reduction of hazardous chemicals in Wet Processing Units. * Develop an environmental product strategy (circular) for a Fast Fashion company. * Support a German retailer to set-up a holistic sustainability strategy. * Various capacity building projects. * Various trainings: e.g. Sustainable fibre options, Chemical Management, Training-of-Trainers

* Initiate the company’s Ethical Trade Program to enable zLabels to mitigate human rights risks in its value chain. Integration of due diligence in the process landscape. * Key Tasks: * Develop and implement Ethical Trade strategy by leading multiple projects, leveraging co-operation from all stakeholders and delivering to key calendar deadlines * Assure that the supply chain is monitored and evaluated, providing continuous status reporting to management and providing clear regular overviews to vendors of their compliance status and corrective action plans. * Assure ongoing development of the Ethical Trade systems database, tools, manuals and processes to meet business demand. * Handle crisis communications, plan investigations and resolve challenges successfully in a timely and delicate manner * Engage with key stakeholders, designing and delivering relevant communications and via trainings. * Write external annual reports, press and media releases with our CSR and communications team * Risk management.

* Developing and driving strategic Corporate Property + Services projects at the HQ and in EMEA. Preparation of potential growth opportunities with the subsequent support and monitoring of its implementation. * Key tasks: * Support the overall strategy development based on key objectives. * Define initiatives that live within that strategy, manage projects and support a team with its implementation. * Partner with internal functions for strategic alignment and ensure cross-functional collaboration. * Enable a culture of structured problem solving and effective program and business process management from an end-to-end perspective. * Drive best practice sharing. * Develop and distribute documentation of project information to internal and external groups. * Risk management.

* Responsible for delivering the implementation of the adidas Group Code of Conduct with suppliers and licensees in EMEA. * Key Tasks: * Co-ordinate and follow-up on code compliance assessments * Conduct corporate code compliance assessment * Support licensees & suppliers to develop three-year Strategic Compliance Plans * Evaluate compliance performance of suppliers * Develop need oriented trainings for licensees & suppliers to assist their sustainable compliance activities * Conduct SOP and Code trainings for licensees * Deliver regular reports on compliance performance and program delivery

* Develop and implement a strategic project aiming to enable suppliers in Europe and Asia to meet the set Quality Assurance Targets while increasing Supply Chain Transparency. Drive process improvements to meet requirements of the Fast Fashion Industry in a fast changing environment. * Key tasks: * provide clear and regular overviews to vendors of their chemical failure status and leveraging co-operation from all stakeholders on delivering improvement of such * act as consultant for vendors by working with them on situation and gap analysis, advising on corrective and preventive actions and follow-up on their implementation * measure the success of the project * assure ongoing development relevant tools, manuals and processes * improve quality processes to meet demands of the Fast Fashion industry * closely collaborate with and provide guidance to linked departments
