* Interned as an assistant to the South Zone Director and my responsibilities included: * Assisted in sales calls, decision making and prepared a booklet for employee induction. * Managed the packing team and assisted in Inventory Management. * Successfully managed aggressive schedules and addressed fast growing business needs and fulfilled moving targets. * Created and managed project templates, use case project templates, requirement types and traceability matrices.

* Worked as a business analyst for reports team. * Meeting with business on reporting needs and gathering requirements and maintain Business required Document (BRD). * Conducted JAD sessions with different teams (Claims, Compliance) to get the requirements. * Prioritize the reports based on the business needs from different departments. * Used Jama software to maintain the requirements. * Getting approvals on the requirements from developers, QA and business. * Involved in Iteration Planning/Sprint meetings and made sure all of the high priority reports were in the current iteration. * Working with developers on the requirements and answer questions on the BRD. * Followed Agile methodology and had daily stand-ups. Clear roadblocks if any. * Work with QA team if the report fails due to requirements and make adjustments to the Jama requirements. * Involved in retrospective meetings where we discussed what went well and what didn’t go well in the current iteration.
