Production of High Roasted Peanut Splits which involved:- 1. Selection of raw groundnuts based on the count of groundnuts per ounce, permissible Aflatoxin level, Moisture level and any other extraneous materials. 2. Testing the finished product for Aflatoxin level before despatch to the clients such as Nestle, Nutrivita etc.3. Implementation of ISO 22000:2005 throughout the organisation. 4. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and security. 5. Identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system wide preventive and corrective actions to avoid the reoccurrences. 6. Co-ordinate & participate in Internal & Vendor SQM (Supplier Quality Managements) Audits & Process Audits. 7. Conduct Hazard Analysis as a FSTL with the Food Safety Team of organization.8. Validation of CCP, OPRP & Other Equipment & Production Process.9. NV (Nutritional Value) calculation for All the Finished Good Products & Set up the Recipes to Maintain the Same.10. Conduct Upstream and Downstream Traceability of All RM/PM/FG on Monthly basis.
