After working as an Assistant Director and Co-Writer for the award-winning (Film Fare, Nandi, MAA Cinema etc) film 'Gamyam'; I had this wonderful opportunity to be part of the prestigious film production house 'Ushakiron Movies' headed by Ramoji Rao garu. During my brief stint as an Associate Director at Ushakiron Movies I worked for the film 'Ninnu Kalisaaka'.

Worked with Director Krish for the award-winning movie 'Gamyam' as an Assistant Director and Co-Writer.

As a freelance script writer I was active conceiving and writing movie scripts, in addition I also planned programs and reality shows for a Telugu TV channel. This phase of my life was crucial in exposing me to the demands and intricacies of developing scripts from scratch. Armed with my experience developing scripts and meeting noted filmmakers I was well-confident to pursue my writing & direction career ahead.
