* RESPONSIBILITIES * Guardian of Marketing processes: * o To review all current processes within the Marketing department, propose revisions where required and create new processes to ensure smooth-flowing operations between various Marketing functions. * o Implement and ensure strict adherence to processes. * Track and monitor all Marketing expenditures: * o Capture and monitor all Marketing requisitions and reconcile them each month. * o Track A&P expenditures against budget. * o Report and analyze monthly variances with budget. * o Ensure that all advertising and promotional materials comply with corporate branding policies.

* RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist to develop marketing objectives and strategies for the university. * Assist to develop, organize and coordinate marketing campaigns/ plans/ activities/ events for the university. * Plan, manage and track media plans, budgets and expenditure. * Organize briefings with agencies and Programme Department leaders for the conceptualizing of new campaigns. * Work closely with advertising agencies for the planning and execution of all above-the-line and below-the-line advertising to ensure quality deliverables. * Monitor the flow of advertisements and media campaigns: * o Liaise with media agencies for the planning, buying, tracking, evaluating and budgeting of all media bookings. * o Coordinate with Heads of Institutions and Programme Departments for the implementation of enrolment campaigns and promotional materials. * o Liaise with publication bodies for advertising in their magazines or education directories.

* RESPONSIBILITIES * High involvement in the planning and communication with creative agencies (from conceptualization to printing) to develop marketing and sales enablement tools. * Plan, coordinate and ensure the prompt delivery of advertisements or articles in the press and magazines. * Prepare articles for internal corporate communications and commercial magazines. * Arrange for product and project photoshoots (local and outstation sites). * Sourcing of premium items/ giveaways. * Provide support and assistance for all ongoing marketing activities – from advertising and promotions to major Corporate events such as exhibitions, roadshows and networking functions. * Provide support to the website maintenance team to ensure that the company website adheres to corporate branding guidelines, projects a professional brand image, updated with informative content and user-friendly. * Monitor and maintain inventory of Marcom materials.

* RESPONSIBILITIES * Work closely with creative and printing agencies to conceptualize and produce quarterly Book Club catalogues, as well as other sales enablement tools. * Conduct Catalogue Briefing to the Sales Team. * Track performance of each offering in the catalogues, to evaluate buying effectiveness and prepare weekly reporting to Management. * Plan, organize and coordinate Annual Scholastic Advisory Council Meetings in both Malaysia and Singapore. * Provide assistance for all ongoing marketing activities and events such as book fairs and CSR programmes. * Monitor and maintain inventory of marketing collaterals.
