Searches undertaken include senior generalist HR roles as well as specialist senior positions in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent, OD, Change, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Pensions amongst others. We work on UK and international searches and have a very strong network within our functional area to call upon to help us source candidates in new locations. The majority of searches undertaken are £100k + and we have a strong track record of successfully completing searches at £200k+.
