* In my initial role here, I oversaw global sourcing projects for both PepsiCo and Anheuser-Busch with accountability for $475M in capital spend, including $13M in Office Supplies, $370M in Air and Hotel, $20M in Small Parcel Logistics, and $68M in Desktops and Laptops. I championed delivery of $2.3M in productivity and identified an additional $6-$10M in opportunity through consolidation of global airline tender. I realized $3M in savings on a $107M spend through global RFP leadership and demand management/policy changes. I negotiated and identified significant cost savings across business units, including $1.7M in Office Supplies. Moreover, I successfully led a $68M joint global desktop/laptop exercise and created a global sourcing strategy, realizing $3M in savings for PEP.

Delivered significant EBITA improvement via multiple complex expense management and strategic corporate procurement initiatives I excelled in a position in charge of procurement and purchasing with multiple promotions to an Assistant Director position in recognition of outstanding performance. I was specially recruited to lead sourcing, selection, and implementation of domestic procurement programs with over $50M in annual spend (Travel, Corporate P-Cards, Temporary Labor, Marketing Print, Telecommunications, Capital Equipment and Auto Leasing). I strategically defined objectives and standards, led cross-functional teams, and continually improved processes. I stewarded over $7M in productivity and successfully implemented an online travel booking tool that captured over $25M in annual savings. Additionally, I was promoted from Buyer to Assistant Manager of Corporate Purchasing followed by promotion to Assistant Director (four promotions in total).
