I have worked for the family business for the last 20 years. Starting in 2013 I became president of the company. I’m the one that places most of our orders through mainland vendors. I am the one that does in-house payroll. I call customers on a daily basis to check to see if they need supplies. I Input invoices daily. I answer phones and deal with lots of customer service questions. I also mail coffee to customers who are on the outer islands. I also receive orders when they arrive at our warehouse.
