The renewable energy venture operationalized 10 + MW solar capacity, with additional development of 100 MW; All assets recently acquired by a large US Private Equity backed Renewables IPP. REP venture in Texas, one of the fastest growing companies in US (Inc 500) for last 3 years; recently acquired by NRG, one of the largest electric utilities in the US.
