Brought in by, and reporting to the CFO, was chartered to fix and transform a slow moving technology landscape to compete with top players in the market. Was the head of Technology for the broader Gap Inc. with $16 Billion in revenues prior to the planned split.As part of a Board driven effort, drove the personalization at scale effort for all brands.Led the overall Peak program for all of Gap Inc in 2019 and had one of the most successful holidays in the company's history, with records set for online revenues and store growth.

Reported to one of the most inspirational CEO's Jenny Ming, who started the Old Navy brand, to revamp and transform a legacy tech and digital landscape. Quickly stopped the bleeding on stores and turned around the e-commerce channel, and increase the contribution from less than 7% to near 22% of the overall revenue. Modernized the overall stack, which included optimizing the e-commerce platform, a new customer data platform for driving personalization, a new loyalty program as well as many efforts to unify the multiple brands, to deliver on an elevated and consistent omni experience to our customers.

Led the Global Omni Engineering and Data Services team, delivering on many initiatives like the personalized search, a new loyalty platform that enabled a truly elevated CX online and in stores, an enterprise data lake with real time streaming and using AI/ML that served e-commerce, marketing, stores and call centers at scale. All enabling Macy's through the rapid growth phase and consistently beating street estimates on e-commerce.

Reported to the CEO and led all aspects of Technology. Helped deliver consistent double digit e-commerce growth by spearheading many efforts that included replatforming from a legacy Blue Martini system to Demandware, building a centralized data lake for enterprise analytics, rolling out Salesforce umbrella platform for customer service as well as for store support and integrating all of the brands onto a modernized unified tech stack.

Reported to the CEO and led all aspects of Global Technology, helping grow tria nearly 10x in 4 1/2 years, and preparing the company to go through the IPO process, building many things from scratch, including a new e-commerce platform on hybris, elevating customer experience on all channels, retail and wholesale partnerships, enabling global commerce on 20+ countries with cross border payment systems and all aspects of supply chain and logistics.
