The expansions are controllable and review on annual bases as agreed.- Last but not least, develop and deploy the numbers within company as to be targeted in sales per annum.

- Developing bearing business within all industrial market segment as well as advise the solution on some concern of bearing issue at client premises- Plan, deploy and review the business plan on quarterly bases to gain the annual sales target- To joint works with a team on the solution provider requirement based upon client needs- Develop the technical competence on the distributor engineers both application resources and sales forces.
