• Do the calibration for unit tester both in-house and on-site. • Do the service unit tester both in-house and on-site.• Ensure that all calibration and service unit tester are in normal conditions.• Issue a calibration and service report unit tester and reported to customers.• Do the analysis of unit tester and report to Engineering Manager.• Planning and coordinating activities carried out by Engineering team.

• Plan and coordinate with customer before installing product to get best result. • Koordination with team work installation.• Measure and drawing area to install product.• Development, configure and optimize intallation processes from inception through to start up and certification.• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.• Perform process simulations.• Manage cost and time constraints.• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.• Documentation and report to Engineering Manajer.• Plan a schedule for conducting audits and checking after installing the product.

•Planning and developing a new standardized product or customized client product base oncustomer request and proposed•Creating JIG design ( Tooling ) for part sample of Customer request ( HINO, ISUZU, SUZUKI,MITSUBISHI Spare Part )•Presenting product sample to customer for verification and approval•Pass the product sample to production department for bulk part production•Analyse part development and reporting to Engineering manager•Planning and coordinating activities carried out by Engineering team•Monitoring of the project to ensure facilitation of continuous improvement•Ensuring that all work is carried out safely and according to the companies Quality, Health &Safety procedures
