* Responsible for validation of Internet apps for all Global Regions and documenting the test results in HP ALM -- Document defects in HP ALM along with detailed description of the defect and supporting information -- Participate in day-to-day discussions with Product Management, Development, and Program teams to drive product improvements -- Participate in defect triage and assist in root cause analysis of defects -- Requirements analysis and provide feedback on product requirements -- Creation of detailed test case suite with complete coverage of business processes and functionalities -- Develop automation scripts and perform automation testing of internet apps -- Responsible for in-vehicle Software installation and App validation, maintenance of documentation and communicating the detailed test results -- Diagnose, track and manage quality issues to resolution -- Support application certification efforts encompassing requirements for user experience, driver distraction, legal, and security -- Management of deployed applications to ensure that performance metrics are achieved
