I established business delivery unit for a startup, by establishing, and improving delivery processes. I established delivery capacity from 4 resources to 120+ through active participation in talent selection, in 1.5 years to build the critical mass for delivery. I also established the delivery processes for predictable delivery and got those processes certified for ISO 9001- 2000. I was responsible for entire delivery, and pre-sales across the globe, along with typical delivery KPI’s of profitability, customer and employee satisfaction, utilization, product quality etc. This was an active pre-sales through presentations to customers on our capabilities, and robust processes to provide them a comfort and trust on our delivery capabilities.

I worked on Telecom business domain, in mobility (multiple accounts) as a Delivery Manager, I was responsible for business development / pre-sales, delivery governance and excellence, profitability of business across the globe, for my practice. I was given an additional responsibility of solution incubation and bringing the same to market, and building market for that solution, along with deployment of the same, as it had been delayed by three years, and still had no sign of completion. I brought the solution in incubation for three years, to market, within a year. This further resulted in 150+ M USD business in first six months.

I worked as a Delivery Manager for this multi-year, multimillion dollar account, client was engaged in Credit Card business. This account (Application Outsourcing) had challenges in terms of high and fluctuating resource ramp-ups / downs, high resource utilization, dipping resource morale, and high attrition rate. As a Delivery Manager, my major contributions were in terms of; Bringing Account to ``Steady State'' to realize operational benefits, and incentives based revenue Revamped Estimation Model - Adaptation of FP for ETL projects Customized the FP estimation methodology to suit Data Warehouse related needs, and demonstrated the same via white paper - Merge of FP and COCOMO for refined estimation

I had also been accountable for maintaining the targets of customer and employee satisfaction, delivery and process governance and excellence, and resource development for my practice. * Met or exceeded all targets on business / engagements across years, and in various domains, consistently * Least variance across organization on predicted numbers and outcomes across attributes * Devised ``Location Analysis'' Model for new site selection and setting up of an ODC * Generated a business insights model to identify the trends, and focus areas, from business, capacity, skills perspective * Built pre-sales contracting capability for Tier - 1 opportunities; along with response to RFPs/RFQs * Designed the Vendor capability maturity model
