In Eniro (current Fonecta) I was selling advertising solutions for B2B companies.

For Detur I worked as a tour guide / leader in Egypt and Turkey. My weekly routine included picking up customers from the airport, helping them with daily issues in the destination and arranging all sorts of excursions. Taking a group of 45 customers in a bus for a 9 hour drive from Hurghada to Cairo to visit the Pyramids for a day, was just another day at the office for me.

My responsibility is to increase device sales in all DNA stores nationwide. I train and lead our staff to reach their peak performance. My position includes being a member of various project groups that design new service concepts for our customers. I communicate daily with our business partners, as well as plan effective joint strategies and training sessions. Leading by example and coaching with passion are my key assets to achieve superior results in the mobile operator business.

Gigantti is the biggest home electronics retailer in Finland. Starting in their Contact Center as a sales trainer and moving on to being a department manager meant both increasing sales in the telecom department and leading my own sales team.

Sales rep who`s main job description was selling insurances. This company is the one where I really learnt how to do B2C sales. I reached the sales targets month in month out and by november of 2008 I decided to move on and introduce myself to the B2B field. That was when I started working for Eniro.

A Major part of my work was building strong professional relationships with our partners. Together we created joint strategies and planned training sessions. My speciality was training the sales personnel of selected mobile operator partners on how to sell Microsoft products in both B2B and B2C sectors. Giving training sessions for an audience of 10-50 sales reps, store managers and executives was my comfort zone and was the part of my daily work which I liked the most and which I found being most effective for increasing sales.
