Supervising the construction of El-Mahsama's siphon which carries the water for reclaiming purposes from the west of Suez Canal to the east underneath it. -The project contains four shafts(2 jacking shafts and 2 receiving shafts) with internal diameter 18.40m. Every shaft consists 24 panels (12 Primaries and 12 secondaries) of diaphragm walls which are 2.80m length ,1.20m width and extend to 120.00m deep.-There is a horizontal blanket of soil-grout (soft gel) with 10.00m thickness at 120.00m from the ground surface and around 822,800 liters of the soft gel were injected at 121 points distributed on four layers for every shaft.-The siphon was constructed by pipe jacking method (two pipelines) at depth 55.00 m approximately from the ground surface underneath the Suez Canal's bed by 16.00m approximately, with internal dia.3.20m and outer dia.4.00m. The piles have various diameters up to 2.60 m. The depth of some piles exceeded 40.00 m.- Supervising working pile load tests for monopiles and station piles according to ASTM D1143. In addition, cross-hole tests and integrity tests for the piles.- Supervising the fresh concrete tests (slump, flow tests, and temperature). In addition, monitoring the hydration heat in (piers and pile caps) by installing thermal sensors inside the core and at the periphery of the structural element.- Revising piles IRs, comparing the drilling log with the boreholes, revising the times of the pile construction steps from the drilling process to the boring process, and revising the poured concrete quantity.
