* Ensuring integrity of accounts by ensuring that accounting of all transactions are in accordance with the group policies & SLA’S. * Preparation of monthly financials along with the financial schedules for management decision making. * Undertaking process standardization projects & undertaking process implementation projects to enhance the effectiveness of all financial processors of the organisation. * Responsibility for handling a portfolio of payable customers, whilst following strict TAT for payments a strong relationship was maintained with the business partners. * Continuous process improvements to minimize risk/improve efficiency & maintaining an optimum WC cycle. * Undertaking special projects and flawless execution of projects,sole responsibility in leading a payable process transfer from a regular payment processing environment to a BPO structure.

* The calculating and accounting of aircraft depreciation of the total Qantas Airways portfolio. * The overseeing and reconciling of the fixed asset balance sheet accounts, investigating variances and engaging with the business to resolve identified issues. * Forecasting depreciation across assets acquired and held either in Fixed Asset Register (FAR), or future assets forecast. * Preparation of variance analysis and reporting based on forecast scenarios. * Liaising with stakeholders within the organisation and building effective relationships to provide effective business solutions. * Implementation of new processors to fix root causes of identified issues and documentation of formal process and policy documents to ensure continuity of best practice.
