Shayna Hiller is a 500-hr E-RYT yoga & meditation teacher and Certified Health Coach based in Venice Beach, CA. She is also a business coach for yoga teachers and women's sensuality and empowerment coach. Shayna has been teaching yoga and leading wellness retreats around the world for two decades. She took her first Yoga Teacher Training in Interdisciplinary Yoga in 2006 at the Nosara Yoga Institute under the guidance of Don and Amba Stapleton. She continued her studies, earning certifications in Children's Yoga and Pranassage. Additional studies include Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Trauma Informed Healing, Qi Gong and Tantra. She is a certified Tao Shamanic Priestess through the Tao Tantric Arts and Universal Healing Tao.Shayna graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Health Coach. She has been fortunate to study with many master teachers from various lineages and her teachings draw from many different yet complementary traditions. She offers classes, courses and trainings virtually and in-person.
