* I have done an internship as a Management Assistant to support the different General Managers and Department Heads at KBC's headquarters in Brussels, dep. Corporate Finance (February 18, 2015 - June 12, 2015). My responsibilities were the internal and external communication (both via email and by phone, mainly in Dutch and English), the management of the who-is-who in SharePoint, organization of several meetings, coordinatation of external trainings, coordination of external visitors, etc.
