 Processing Invoices in (VIM) Vendor Invoice Management in SAP System. PO 3-way matching & process invoices with 100% accuracy and Quality checks according to company’s norms. Reviewing invoices and purchase orders to identify discrepancies/errors; working closely with Buyer to define and deliver effective resolution on variance of invoices.  Review & validate essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO #, invoice date, amounts etc. and maintain a tracker of the exceptions. Debit Memo, Credit Memo & Working on past due aging invoices on priority. Performing vendor reconciliation as per statement received from vendor

 Maintain and facilitate vendor master data by including all the required fields’ viz. Name, Address, Payment mode & payment terms etc. Responsible for setting up new vendors and updating/modification current vendors in an accurate and timely manner. Review & validate essential documents of vendor setup such as W-9 form, W-8 form, TAX ID (EIN), remit to address and 1099 information. Handling day-to-day emails and resolving queries/requests of supplier regarding vendor registration, vendor status, new setup & any amendments in the system that are coming via e-mails/Tickets within the agreed SLA. To Create, Activate & Deactivate vendors in the system (Mainframe) as per requests sent by the onshore Team.
