CurrentExperienced, seasoned and educated! I have was originally licensed salesman in Nevada in 1976, got my broker salesman in 1978. I was a leader in the largest company in Nevada, based in Las Vegas. Later I moved my children to Cody Wyoming where I used all the skills learned from Tom Hopkins and Carnegie courses and other training when I opened my office there. My expertise was building homes for buyers that could not find what they wanted. Also, I listed and sold a 400 AC mountaintop bordering Yellowstone Park...there were no roads so it was all done horseback. I have experienced the highs and lows in the industry and burned out twice, but I love the industry and I am back. I work hard and excel in negotiation. My education is broad as I always earn more continuing education than required by law plus numerous classes that are pure information only. Learning is a love of mine, and strive to do the very best job possible.
