Duties & Responsibility :1.Check daily attendance and maintain Leave of employees. 2.Take care of disciplinary issues such as show cause, warning, investigation, termination, dismissal, etc.3.Maintenance of employee's personal file on regular basis.4.Update employee related data in SAP software.5.Prepare notes, draft office orders and memos in respect of day-to-day HR operations.6.Ensure development and implementation of health, hygiene and safety program in factory site.7.Monitor housekeeping activities and ensure safe drinking water, clean toilets, clean and clear corridors.8.Provide logistic support for officer's residence.Arrange guest and visitors entertainment.9.Ensure compliance of labor laws and BG rules within the factory.Job Nature
