* Review/implement changes to current employee handbook * Research/compare commercial liability, automobile, and health insurance carriers for policy renewal * Create onboarding manual * All aspects of employee onboarding * Accounts Payable * Benefits administration * Handle termination and retirement meetings * Maintain pending litigation files * Distribute policy updates * Assist resident complete lease renewal per HUD standards

* Work with Executive Directors to develop strategic direction of multiple divisions (Treasure Coast/Brevard/Palm Beach County) * Ensure FLSA, EEO, ADA, GINA, and other employment laws are followed * Track employee relation trends across multiple divisions * Coordinate health fairs, employee appreciation events and benefits open enrollment meetings

* Control of exotic and non-native plants in natural areas preserved by Hillsborough County * Participated in prescribed burns to reduce likelihood of wild fires * Educate public on non-native, invasive plant life
