Like many others, Shaina and her family sought warmer weather and life at the beach. “It was the best decision I could have made,” says Shaina. “I can’t imagine raising my family anywhere else.” In 2002, Shaina discovered her passion for real estate while working at a local firm. She knew right away that it was the career she wanted to pursue.Over the next four years she worked alongside some of the area’s top ranked agents, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience. “I was very fortunate,” says Shaina. “I truly believe that I was led to the right paths that I needed to take throughout my career and I’ve had the best mentors along the way.” After earning her real estate license in 2006, Shaina was able to build a successful business in the South Walton and Destin markets by providing excellent service to her customers and treating each transaction as if it were her own. “I truly love what I do and my goal is always to provide better service than what is expected.” This year Shaina earned her broker’s license and joined 30A Local Properties with her husband Tylor Sly who is also a licensed agent. “I couldn’t be more excited about working with the great team we have at 30A Local Properties,” says Shaina. “I am very much looking forward to the year ahead and continuing to offer great service to my customers.” Show less
