I spearheaded the Raast Countrywide Operations, transforming the Raast operations for the Central Bank of Pakistan by orchestrating nationwide deployment & payment processing. I built and nurtured teams, crafted and refined processes, and delivered comprehensive training to staff from the State Bank of Pakistan and participating banks. My efforts centered on optimising daily operations, settlements, reconciliations, and dispute resolution. Collaborating with CIOs and IT Teams of over 30 banks, I advised the Banks to upgrade Core Banking, Middleware, and Infrastructure systems to ensure seamless instant payment processing and real-time exception management. I managed Raast P2P payment solutions, scaling operations to handle over 450K transactions daily within the first year, and established SBP teams for continuous transaction monitoring, middleware oversight, onboarding, back-office processing and customer support.Below listed are some of my achievements within this role:* Oversaw nationwide operations of Pakistan's Instant Payment National Gateway.* Earned commendation from the Central Bank for successfully enabling the DI&SD team and achieving record success in processing Raast payments within one year, surpassing initial three-year forecast.

Saudi Telecom was the client, the first and the largest Telecom Service Provider in KSA.
