•Managing up to PKR 10 Million Project finance and accounts related activity in coordination with Company’s Head Quarters.•Budgeting, MIS and monthly reporting compilation and circulate among the group members. Co-ordination with internal as well as statutory auditors and ensure its timely conclusion. Assisting in the preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet.•Income recognition, work in progress determination in coordination with production officials and preparation of various controlling schedules like debtors, ageing, foreign exchange inflow and outflow.•Opening letter of credit for inland and foreign party, bank guarantee for the import & PGB for the purchase, ECGC Policy. •Negotiate with the bank for export documentation requirement.•Liaison with business related organizations such as Banks, RBI, ECGC Etc. and preparing budget cum systematizing departmental work.•Responsible for remittance of foreign currency for import advance & other expenses like traveling, consultancy, advertising and project export.•Preparing monthly stock summary of raw material and finished good and creditor’s summary, CMA Data for working capital and term/corporate loans. Present FFR I & FFR II for the company.•Handling queries for export/import matters and carrying out all correspondence with the bank for LC Opening, B.D. Collection, Export document, availing EPC/PCFC.•Processing of Purchase Bills of Raw Material, Asset & Passing Bills of expenses i.e. courier, postage, traveling, and consultancy etc, RA Bills of various projects.•File VAT return, E-TDS payment & E-TDS quarterly return, Independent handling of VAT, TDS & Income tax assessment. •Ensure accurate recording and accounting of transactions in the ERP package SAP.•Support the Project and operations activities by close coordination with Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams.•Fixed assets capitalization, depreciation calculations, ensuring appropriate deduction of tax from payments to creditors.

•Prepares profit and loss statements, monthly closing and cost accounting reports•Analyzes and reviews budgets and expenditures•Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare general ledger accounts and document monetary transactions•Creates and reviews budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, tax returns, invoices and other accounting documents•Finalize quotations, bills, invoices and vouchers.•Explains accounting policies to staff, vendors or clients•Recommends, develops and maintains financial data bases•Interacts with internal and external auditors in completing audits•I have to maintain my records and put my reports to manager at the end of each month.•Prepare the budget for import of raw material from China.•Coordination with taxation consultants.•Clearance of all issues related to customer demand and payments.
