He leads a team of creatives, designers and experts as they create and curate product, customer experiences and brand collaborations that add beauty and value to the lives of citizens globally, helping carry the 60 year old legacy of their founders to inspire people to build a home with beauty and purpose.In his post he led the end to end product transformation as part of the team that delivered record setting growth of +1B over three years. He has also signed on a community of leading designers and influential personalities and built inspirational best in class product licensing partnerships and brand collaborations with Dr. Jane Goodall, Leanne Ford, Parachute, Athena Calderone, Lucia Eames & the Eames foundation, Jake Arnold, Shinola and more driving brand relevance and revenue across all channels while fueling new customer growth.In partnership with store development he led the conceptualization and execution of an evolved retail footprint and store concept models opening 4 new stores across different markets- increasing fleet productivity, profitability and store performance.
