Maintained and supported change management for test lab of Nortel Networks Supernode Data Manager (SDM) fault-tolerant systems running AIX 4.3 as well as test lab equipment running Solaris and HP-UX. Performed remote telephone-based level-1 technical support for software managing the IBM RS/6000 SP clustered high-performance computing system running the AIX operating system. Directly interfaced with system administrators to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems and answer technical questions about IBM's PSSP, LoadLeveler, PVM, GPFS, VSD/RVSD, and DCE software products and assist with AIX problems unique to the RS/6000 SP.
