That is a little vague. I make automation products that complement our main business which is the pulp and paper industry. These products are integrated with mechanical systems and they either control equipment or provide vital indication to the mill. I manage these automation products from concept thru end of lifecycle. That means I am developing the product system (hardware and software), programming the automation controls and indications, overseeing the build/assembly of the electronics and equipment, performing the FAT of each system before it ships, going to site and performing the commissioning/startup of each system, train mill operators and E&I staff, provide continued remote support of each system as well as ongoing training/support to the mill personnel for the life of the product. In addition I provide technical support to our sales managers and potential customers. I am located in North America but I am a global resource for the company and have customers worldwide. Show less
