Developed a financial and performance management system for USAID Afghanistan and Pakistan. Backend is a star-schema based MS SQL Server DB with a web tier based on ASP.Net MVC that provides caching, ORM, GIS and OLAP features. Developed ETL process to integrate with Agency accounting system. Designed and led implementation of front end using Angular and d3.js. Led requirements gathering and design of the system through many consulting engagements with mission staff in Kabul and Islamabad.

Designed a SQL database to house data from Trump family member's form 278e submissions to the Office of Government Ethics, as well as press accounts of potential conflicts of interest.
