I have worked on numerous Waterfall projects, but since 2012 have been working as part of the development area of an Agile Scrum team delivering changes to the business over 2 weekly sprints.

I dealt with all UK customers of Fender and its associated brands on both sales and service. This involved raising repair requests for guitars & amplifiers and ensuring these were repaired within an agreed timescale. I also assisted the technicians with these guitar and amplifier repairs.

I worked on a number of large projects, leading teams of testers both on-site and offshore. I ran daily meetings with the team of developers and testers and produced reports of these to project managers and other stakeholders.
