Lead architect on Blackaud's Communication Services platform team. Responsible for the design and delivery of billions of messages per year including spikes into millions of messages per hour during high volume events. Led teams in the development of the next generation cloud native solutions in support of a multi-channel communications platform at Blackbaud.

Continued development of Blackbaud Communication Services. Led the team through several challenging integrations of systems acquired by Blackbaud. Developed processes and best practices for improving email deliverability across several datacenters and over one hundred public IPs. Contributed code to Blackbaud payment projects that involved the secure transport of highly sensitive data between payment gateways and processors.

Led the development of the next generation email system to support a diverse portfolio of products from the enterprise level to grassroots operations growing their donor base.

Lead developer for communication features within Blackbaud's content management system. Developed the full stack of components to support the email design experience in the CMS in addition to the system level components used to integrate with public email servers.

Member of one of the first .Net teams at Blackbaud. Contributed to the development of Blackbaud's first content management system.
