LGFS are the Lenovo finance specialists involved with the sale and development of managed services via DaaS, PCaaS, Usage, and Leasing arrangements. The role includes: legal contract negotiation, funder sale of receivable / assignment structures, pricing, cross border, in country, external and self-funded transactions, treasury + tax + accounting + CFO liaison, complex deal negotiation, partner management, support to new and existing WW global deals, managing of run rate contracts, internal and external customer negotiations, support to WW sales, operations & senior management, thought leadership, rate indexation, capability development and geographical coverage etc… Numerous complex transactions with up to 96 countries supported in global master or managed service agreements.

All aspects of managing the EMEA Lenovo customer financing programme including managing third party funder relationships and contracts. Managing 15+ full time LFS sales team and a number of others in 20+ countries served. Global funding beyond EMEA into NAM, LATAM, APAC for Global Accounts, Large Enterprise, Public Sector, Mid Market, SMB. Funding of EMEA service agreements with outcome based conclusions - DaaS, Capacity, Inventory Funding etc. Providing business and new product development Internationally.
