Co-founded Giraffe, to strategically support cultural organisations to develop. Clients included Transport for London (5 year arts strategy), Prince's Trust (to create an Alumni Business Club), Ernst & Young (Marketing Sponsorship Strategy), EDF Energy (Internal Communications plan), Brighton Festival (Fundraising), Gasworks (ran the growing artists studios and help develop international residencies programme). As well as the corporate clients, over many years of working in the creative industries I developed a formula to work with artists and makers who need support in developing their creative practice.

Headhunted to run Project Catalyst a new programme bringing creativity via workplace via theatre, visual arts and spoken word. Specific responsibility for working directly with Brand Managers of four key Unilever brands.

Five years line-management experience achieving 2 promotions with direct line-management responsibility for 6 staff and 2 indirect reports. Specific responsibilities included selling and managing corporate membership to City firms including Clifford Chance, Accenture, Ernst & Young, NatWest, Prudential to support their Corporate Social Responsibility and developing their employee volunteering programmes. Also devising and implementing business plans, event management and public speaking engagements.

I am running the Creative Workspace Network which exists to provide a platform for the artist studio and creative workspace sector. Specifically working with towns and cities throughout the UK advocating for increased cultural infrastructure funded by Arts Council England.

I am developing a brand new service for the arts industry called Arts on Board for Trustees Unlimited which provides access to a broad variety of new Trustees wanting to volunteer as non-executive directors for the cultural sector.

Transformed Phoenix into credible, resilient and vibrant arts centre which is now part of the cultural landscape of the South East Region. Our building in the centre of Brighton houses over 120 artists studios, with an engaging gallery and engagement programme and a licensed cafe. Serve on committees including the South East Economic Steering Group, Centre for Arts and Wellbeing at University of Brighton and part of the Brighton and Hove Council Cultural Framework commission. We work in partnership with many different arts institutions, universities, local authorities and local community groups. More recently co-founded the Phoenix Food Bank in response to the pandemic and growing food poverty.
