Duties include:- Supplier Management: Monitoring stock levels and replenishing stock by raising purchase orders to suppliers- Producing daily reports on stock levels and sales depatches- liaising with warehouse relating to deliveries and dealing with customer escalations- arranging collection on return orders and calculating all fees for refunds where applicable - First point of contact for all customer queries on orders via phone and email- Completing adhoc projects using excel and data analysis skills- Raising all customer orders on Sage (CRM)- Receiving goods on Sage when deliveries received from suppliers and returns - providing admin support to all sales managers

Duties include:- Sales Support: Acting as first customer point of contact for all customer queries- Providing pricing using a quote tool for all connectivity and data services. Raising cases to solution architects for more complex solutions and pricing.- Raising all customer quotes in CRM and sending out contracts with Service agreements.- Technically and Financially Approving standard orders- Service Implentation: ordering the services with the supplier via various processes dependent upon the carrier.- Raising Purchase orders with suppliers- Project Management: project managing customers expectations on all existing orders until delivery is complete.- Maintaining broad ongoing customer relationships with a high level of interaction as required, dealing with customer escalations and triaging faults on services.- Working closely with the 6DG Credit Control team where there is a building sale or change of Managing Agent (‘Handovers’), to keep risk-of-debt to a minimum, also acting as a customer point of contact for Novation process when companies change name etc.- Liaising with other partner suppliers for internal cabling and IT services requirements and raising the billing for those services via CRM- All round responsibility of sales end to end process with two or the company’s largest accounts

- Inputting and processing purchase orders- Booking meetings and managing account managers’ diaries- Creating customer accounts in the database and sending clients contracts- Meeting with senior level executives to agree pricing and then quoting customers - Presenting the weekly sales reports to our sales director and updating opportunities in Salesforce.- Building complex IT solutions with the solution architects in order to increase revenue and reduce costs- Generating new business as well as winning several renewal bids- Lunchtime receptionist cover- Minute taking and general admin duties

- Processing all customers’ Cease requests after attempting to retaining customers - Ensuring CRM is up-to date- Handling all account changes which include invoice discrepancies and issuing credit notes- Main point of contact for all customer complaints and retention queries
