Working with companies and entrepreneurs from around the globe to help solidify their branding and bring their vision and mission to the forefront of their business in order to connect with their ideal customers.

Airbnb is a worldwide accommodations leader with the mission to help creating a world where people can belong anywhere. Hired for my experience in behavior analysis and social psychology, my role as a Trust and Safty specialist is to make sure that all Airbnb customers have the best possible experience before, during and after their stay. Next to that, I was highly involved in the CSR committee focusing on Voxpro's Corporate Social Responsibility, where we organized regular fundraising events for our charity partners. Here I took the opportunity through the 2017 Innovation Award to introduce a new and more dynamic way of fundraising and to get more of our employees involved in CSR. As a result of that Voxpro will implement these ideas in their company structure in 2018 - implementing my developed CSR online platform for a more bottom-up involvement of staff as well as other tailored strategies to make peoples involvement in CSR more passionate and innovative.

Creative Agency specialised in concept development, branding, marketing and outreach for non-profit management, city and urban development and governments and citizen engagement, or the creative industries. Next to that, we gave workshops all around activism and change making helping young and old, professionals and newcomers to translate global causes (causes that often seem so far away and intangible) into local initiatives that people can relate to within their direct environment. Furthermore, Monkeytree aimed at creating overview, connection and interaction between social change maker. We acted as an intermediary and developed a national change-maker network to make social change more dynamic and effective.

I worked as a freelance assist for 5 months with and for the charity organisation Terre des Hommes. During this period I provided the organisation with social psychological insights on the subject and gave an extensive presentation including a creative workshop to stimulate and inspire for future process. After this, I supported the fundraising department with input on positioning and branding as well as event-fundraising. In connection to this I worked out two plans for possible fundraising campaigns and closed the project with the delivery of a tailored concept board and checklist for the manager in order to make SMARTer (more specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound) decisions on fundraising initiatives in the future.

Next to organising regular events and workshops in the name of the Green Office my task lied within the 'visibility of sustainable initiatives in Maastricht'. Here I initiated both projects aiming at already existing organisations (to help them spread their message and engage more participation) as well as create new projects that are aiming to create a greater awareness about sustainability amongst the student community.
