Diagnose pathologic specimens, primary breast pathologist, Surgical Pathologist with Frozen Sections, diagnosis/determination of adequacy of Fine needle aspirations with radiologists. at least 50%+ cases are malignant, often complicated. Read peripheral smears, evaluate blood bank requests and transfusions, medical director for isolated cardiac testing, teach medical students and residents, attend committees for Research and CME.
