* Egyptian national advising primarily on Qatari Corporate structuring and Commercial law. I joined the Qatar Corporate structuring team of Al Tamimi & Co in March 2014. The primary focus of my work is in the area of corporate structuring and more specifically entails the following: * Drafting Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association of companies registering in Qatar; * Carrying out the registration formalities of companies registering in Qatar and overseeing the registration process from start to finish; * Advising clients on registration issues in Qatar. * Carrying out all the structuring aspects of companies in accordance to the Qatari law. * In addition to the above, advising clients in relation to employment law issues in Qatar and review employment contracts from a Qatari law perspective for clients.
