Involved in the following works;- Procurement of Central Supplies and Tenders Board contracts which include, scoping of projects, compilation of tender documents, adverting tender, evaluation of bids, awarding of projects- Procuring COI contracts via CSTB or PSTB- Procuring emergency proforma contracts- Assessment approving contractor claims- Site inspection to provide executive reports - Compiling Major and Minor High Impact Project Reports- Reconciliation of project finances for effective project management

Work consist of construction/maintenance of infield roads, bridges, airports, helipads, warehouses, construction of concrete and steel structures (slabs/structural supports/ footings). I am involved in construction of camps starting from bulk earthworks to accommodations/recreational facilities and Sewage & Water Treatment Plants. I am involved in construction of foundation for vessels and concrete footings as well as steel structures inside crude processing plants. Involve in carrying our annual road and infrastructure maintenance schedule and budget submission for funding. Carry out scoping, estimation and pricing of works before tendering. Carry out Safety Presentations and Audits on construction sites and ensure that work is done safely and on time. Involved and managed mobile and permanent crushers which involves developing and running quarry and crushing operations. Managed batching operations to meet infrastructure construction requirements
