Accounts Payable Coordinator and Lead

Team Lead - Accounts Payable  Managing and responsible for an Accounts Payable & Travel Expense Management team of 13 members. Provide direction, motivation & training to the team for ensuring optimum performance.  Coordinating in developing process flows, implementing and transitioning processes in line with internal guidelines.  Facilitating seamless migration through proper training of resources and resolution of issues on a timely basis.  Monitoring the functioning of financial processes in compliance with defined regulations, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximise satisfaction levels.  Process Harmonization: Identifying process gaps, evaluating reasons for difference, suggesting best in class practices and implementing necessary rectifications.  Possess End to End knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
